Our Work

For more than 30 years we’ve been refining our approach to designing, constructing and maintaining healthy buildings, with our residents front of mind. To date, we’ve developed four projects in and around the area.

Built above one of Smith Street, Fitzroy’s most iconic buildings, Panama House, 231 Smith Street is a bold and contemporary addition to one of Melbourne’s much-loved streets.

231 Smith Street, Fitzroy offers a series of one and two-bedroom warehouse-style apartments with functional, modern interiors designed for urban living. The 15 homes are wrapped in a striking façade that references the neighbourhood’s industrial origins.

Situated at the city-end of Smith Street, this mixed-use development is built to last. Off-form concrete is used throughout and balconies are punctuated with vibrant cloth awnings—two Neometro signature details that we continue to evolve and refine across projects.
