Comprising 5 two-storey townhouses in St Kilda East, this project was designed by Neometro. Making good use of the site’s narrow strip of land—situated between a suburban street and railway line—the design focuses on verticality to provide interiors that feel open, flexible and accommodating. On the upper level, homes centre on an open-plan kitchen and living area that connects to an outdoor terrace. The bedroom and bathroom are nestled on the ground floor, with a layout that can support a second bedroom or study if needed, via sliding screens. Windows across the upper facade are designed to maximise natural light and fresh air, and on street level the garage doors are finished with Neometro’s signature splash of bold colour.
